Returns & Exchanges

Please note: All sales are final and products are eligible only for exchanges in size.

  • To exchange a product, our Customer Care Team should be contacted within 14 days of receiving delivery at +91 9818852635 or hello@culturepeople.com with the intent of exchange. Please mention the order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your exchange request.
  • In order for us to approve any exchanges, please ensure that the merchandize is unused, unworn and undamaged with tags intact.
  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

  • Upon receipt of your products, we will provide you with coupon number usable within a month.

Refunds

If applicable, refunds will be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping .Refunds will be done in the following case.

  • Packages lost in transit

 

No Refunds will be entertained under following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect delivery address.
  2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  3. Product returned is damaged due to use or misuse.
  4. Product returned has a defect but has been used.
  5. The products returned have no tags and invoice attached to them.

 Note: Refunds are granted only after receiving the returned shipment.

Order Cancellation

  1. Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
