Returns & Exchanges
Please note: All sales are final and products are eligible only for exchanges in size.
- To exchange a product, our Customer Care Team should be contacted within 14 days of receiving delivery at +91 9818852635 or hello@culturepeople.com with the intent of exchange. Please mention the order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your exchange request.
- In order for us to approve any exchanges, please ensure that the merchandize is unused, unworn and undamaged with tags intact.
- Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

- Upon receipt of your products, we will provide you with coupon number usable within a month.
- Not all products are eligible for returns. Many items are “Final Sale.” Products that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page for that Product. Please make sure to note if the product ordered is eligible for exchange at the time of purchasing it.
- Discounted products are not applicable for any exchange/return. All sales are final.
Refunds
If applicable, refunds will be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping .Refunds will be done in the following case.
No Refunds will be entertained under following circumstances:
- Incorrect delivery address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- Product returned is damaged due to use or misuse.
- Product returned has a defect but has been used.
- The products returned have no tags and invoice attached to them.
Note: Refunds are granted only after receiving the returned shipment.
Order Cancellation
- Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
