Packaging and Delivery
Due to government regulations on movement of goods due to COVID 19, precautions are being taken by us and courier companies to deliver your packages in a safe manner. Your orders are being packed, keeping all the health advisories in mind. Social distancing and sanitisation are being ensured at our warehouse in order to provide a carefree shopping experience for you. Please keep in mind, deliveries may get affected in some areas due to restrictions.
Expected delivery time: 7 working days (can take longer for restricted areas). Please note: Saturday and Sunday are not counted as working days.
We do ship Internationally. Custom charges may be levied at the port of entry which needs to be fulfilled by the customer. These charges are calculated by the custom authorities and can not be calculated beforehand.
We are happy to exchange any product for a different size or design during the exhibition for a period of one month from the date of purchase. Please note that all sales are final and no refunds are applicable.
For exchanges please contact our customer care team. The customer has to borne shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. All Shipping costs are non-refundable.
This product is hand block/ screen printed and made with utmost care by our craftsmen in rural areas. However, being a handicraft sector product, minor printing variation/ irregularities and weaving marks may be noticed on the fabric. These instances should not be treated as a defect in the product. Dark colors like Indigo, Deep Maroon etc have a tendency to run excess colours. This is because these fabrics are printed and dyed in areas where water is a scarce and as a result the fabric is not washed repetitively for the excess dye to run out. It is therefore advised to wash these garments in cold water separately without soaking. It may rub onskinor light colored garment. Silk fabric tends to make sweat stains around underarm area. This is the property of the fabric and is not to be treated as a defect.

Returns & Exchanges
Please note: All sales are final and products are eligible only for exchanges in size.

In order for us to approve any exchanges, please ensure that the merchandize is unused, unworn and undamaged with tags intact.
Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Upon receipt of your products, we will provide you with coupon number usable within a month.
Not all products are eligible for returns. Many items are “Final Sale.” Products that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page for that Product. Please make sure to note if the product ordered is eligible for exchange at the time of purchasing it.
Discounted products are not applicable for any exchange/return. All sales are final.
Terms & Conditions of sales
Our sale is applicable on selected products only.
Due to heavy sales volume during the discount period, there may be a delay in processing the order.
The expected delivery period will be 10 days during our Annual Online Sale.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on the discounted products unless the piece that has been shipped is damaged.
We will not be in a position to cancel or adjust any order during the sales.
We reserve the right to cancel an order on account of non-availability of the product or if the product is defected and has been not passed by our quality check team.
All the Duties & Taxes for the international orders will apply as applicable to the shipping destination & will be borne by the customer.
There may be delays caused by country/state-specific restrictions on account of Covid protocols set by the government.
Color/shade of the product in the image may at times differ from the original product.
We reserve the right to change the discounts on the products during our sale period. Product discounts may differ on online and at our offline stores. Claims made on this account will unfortunately not be entertained.
All sales are considered final during annual sale. There will be no exchanges or returns.
If applicable, refunds will be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping .Refunds will be done in the following case.
Packages lost in transit
No Refunds will be entertained under following circumstances:
Incorrect delivery address.
After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
Product returned is damaged due to use or misuse.
Product returned has a defect but has been used.
The products returned have no tags and invoice attached to them.
Note: Refunds are granted only after receiving the returned shipment.
Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
